You will deliver first-class customer service in every interaction, whether it be by phone, in a chat or by email.
Validation Review Specialist
Working within our check verification environment, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating financial information, identifying discrepancies, and helping prevent check fraud. You will also help ensure accuracy and efficiency for the clients and customers who depend on Ingo Money. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable learning new systems, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while knowing when to ask for assistance.
